Digs Co. proudly presents this 550 square foot tiny cabin is a cozy dream for the nature lover, adventurer, pop culture aficionado and your furry friend! What once was a log sided garage, is now a fully remodeled modern and funky tiny home.

Neighborhood

Shin Digs is located in the Sun Country Highlands neighborhood in Cle Elum. A quick drive off Golf Course Road exit from I-90 make it an ideal location for a breezy weekend getaway. The quiet neighborhood hosts the Sun Country Golf Course and (coming soon!) new clubhouse, RV Park, Yakima River access and trails. Mountain living can have it's fair share of wildlife, so keep your dogs nearby!

With modern accents and nods to some of our favorite pop culture classics, this home is sure to surprise and delight. Your hosts, Luke and Chelsea of Digs Co. thoughtfully curated all of the fun and unique elements of the home to give you a memorable experience.

DINING
Our high-top pub style table in the kitchen is large enough for 4 to dine comfortable. It's also lightweight, by design, to allow for easy relocation to give more space in the kitchen. The small, yet well equipped kitchen has a mid size refrigerator, full sink, oven with electric burners and a glass roll up door for indoor outdoor living in warm months.

LOUNGING
Fancy an intimate fireside chat? We have two swivel chairs perfectly situated next to the electric fireplace to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The living room has a comfy leather sofa and ottomans perfect for binge watching your favorite streaming show. Or if you're more of the adventurous type, you'll love lounging in our "Bird's Nest" loft net hovering above the kitchen. The perfect spot to read a book or take a nap!

AMENITIES
Amenities include a hot tub, games, smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, fire pit and roll up door for indoor/ outdoor living. We have a fully stocked kitchen as well as towels and linens.

Notes

We Welcome Guests Aged 13 or older
- This home is not suitable for children 12 or younger due to the lofted sleeping area, loft net and stairs.

Loft Net
- The Bird's Nest loft net has a weight limit of 250 lbs. No jumping or bouncing on the net, please!

Dogs Allowed, Upon Approval
- Please view our pet policy and fees in our House Rules. Then confirm you have read and understand the policy upon booking request.

HOUSE RULES
-Quiet Hours 9pm-8am.
-No shoes in the house.
-Please do not move any furniture. No food or beverages in bedrooms.
-Please review all of check in and check out procedures.
-Be a good neighbor! This home is located in a residential area and we ask that you respect our neighbors. Park in designated parking spaces, obey posted neighborhood rules and respect the community.

RESERVING GUEST + REGISTERED GUESTS
-Reserving guest must be 25 years of age or older to reserve the home and must provide government issued ID. The reserving guest is responsible for communicating all rules to the registered guests.
-Reserving guest must provide a list of each guest over the age of 18. These are the registered guests. No unregistered guests without prior approval.

PET RULES + FEES
-Dogs are permitted by request and upon approval. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed and subject to additional fee. Guest must provide dog bed(s) and crate(s) or kennel(s). Dogs are not permitted to lay on furniture or bedding. They must be secured in provided crate/kennel if left unattended at any point. Guest must pick up dog waste and dispose of in waste bags that are securely tied.

DEPARTURE
-Our guests are honored as such, we won’t ask you to lift a finger upon check out!
-Garbage can be securely bagged and placed inside the garbage bins located in the garbage enclosure behind the garage (between the main home and garage). Please don’t leave garbage unsecured outside as to not attract wildlife.
HOT TUB
-Maximum of 4 guests may use the hot tub at any given time. More than 7 people will cause an unbalance in the pH and could result in a drain + refill.
- The bromine floater must stay in the hot tub to maintain the pH balance. Please do not remove or put in the filter section.
-Please rinse in the shower prior to entering the hot tub to ensure a clean hot tub.
-If hot tub requires a drain and refill due to excessive dirt, broken glass or products not suitable for hot tubs, guests are responsible for the $150 fee.

SEPTIC TANK
-This home has a septic tank. Absolutely no items other than human waste and provided toilet paper are allowed to be flushed down the toilets.

DAMAGE WAIVER/ MANAGEMENT FEE
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we have partnered with Safely.com to provide you with peace of mind protection. The cost of this protection has been included in your rental rate and fees and covers you for accidental damages to the home or its contents during your stay up to $1,500. Simply notify us of any damage so that we know to make necessary repairs or replacements. This replaces a traditional security deposit. This does not cover intentional damage, or damage caused by a direct violation of any house rules.

FIRES
-Absolutely no wood burning or charcoal fires during seasonal burn bans. If there is evidence of burning during a locally mandated burn ban, a $500 fine will be assessed.

CLEANING
-Reservations longer than 14 days will require additional cleaning fees. Mid stay cleans available upon request.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITY
-Smoking of any kind, illegal substances and illegal activity of any kind are prohibited. Evidence of prohibited activities will result in fines and/or law enforcement.
-Criminal Activity Prohibited. Use of the Property for any criminal activity is prohibited and may result in fines, prosecution, and/or your immediate removal from the Property. This prohibition extends to use of the Property’s internet service, if any, for criminal activity, including but not limited to unlawful downloads of copyrighted material, including movies, music, software, or other material. We may cooperate with any investigation of alleged criminal activity that occurred at the Property during your stay.
-Parties and other events are prohibited at the Property. Commercial photography and filming are also prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, applicable occupancy limits and other rules under Airbnb's Party and Events Policy will apply, and additional conditions and fees may apply.) No tents or other structures may be erected on the property.

NO PERMANENT RESIDENCE
-Guests agree that use of the property is on a temporary and transient basis only; that guest may not use the property as a permanent residence; and that guest’s permanent residence is and will remain elsewhere than at the property.

ANIMALS
-We accept assistance animals in line with Airbnb's Nondiscrimination Policy. No other animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the property except as specifically authorized in your reservation. You also agree that we cannot and do not guarantee that no animals have been in the property prior to your use or that the property is free of animal or pet allergens, even if the property listing states that pets are prohibited or includes a similar description.

INDEMNITY
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Digs Co. and Owner, and their respective affiliates, for and from all claims for property damage, personal injury, or monetary loss resulting from your actions or omissions, and the actions or omissions of other occupants, during or relating to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
During months with possibilities of inclement weather, guests are advised to have 4wheel drive, AWD or traction tires. Reservations will be rescheduled if mountain passes are closed on the date of check in.
